FIELD SERVICE
Complete Power Systems’ field service and in-shop technicians deliver quality service for all brands of motive power batteries, chargers and battery handling equipment. We provide proactive battery management programs and opportunity/fast charging system integration services. We are staffed with twenty field and shop technicians with an average of ten years of experience per technician. We offer 24-hour repair service including after hours and weekend service to meet the demands of your business.
Our mobile dispatched service vehicles are stocked with a large selection of commonly used parts. Our goal is to repair battery issues on the FIRST visit. Our vehicles are capable of transporting multiple batteries eliminating costly additional freight charges for pick-up and delivery.
SHOP SERVICE
Our in-shop service facility provides the capability to complete battery and charger repairs that would not be feasible or economical in the field. Shop repairs include services such as cell replacements, discharge tests and acid adjustments.
